RESOLUTION NO. 50
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON NAMING NEW STREET
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That certain street, approximately 400 feet in length,
which joins Mar West Street and Tiburon Boulevard, as shown on
those certain plans entitled "Mar West Realignment" approved
by Donald R. Frost on April 21, 1964, and whish said street was
formerly a part of Mar West Street and runs in a generally north-
westerly and southeasterly direction, is hereby named, and shall
henceforth be known as, MARINER WAY.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon on the 11th day of January, 1965, by the
following vote:
AYES :
Councilmen: Ell inwood, Souza, Hannahs, Strawbridge
NOES :
ABSENT:
Councilmen: None
