CITY OF TIBURON
RESOLUTION NO. ~
WHEREAS: A Final Map of Tiburon Knolls Unit No.2 has been submitted to the City
Council for approval and;
WHEREAS, the Administrator of the Department of Lands and Improvements and the
City Engineer have certified that said map campi ies with the requirements of the
State Subdivision Map Act and of Ordinance No. ~of the City of Tiburon;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the map of Tiburofl Knolls Unit No. 2
be accepted and
approved for recording; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the offer of dedication of the fol lowing named
streets within said subdivision is hereby accepted:
St€'..;art Drive and Redding Court and Redding Court and One foot
none access easements, as shown on said map within said subdivision
and that the offer of dedication of ~11 oth~~~
is hereby rejected.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk of the Tiburon City Counci I shal I
sign said map on behalf of the City of Tiburon; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to execute
a "Subdivision Improvement Agreement" a true copy, marked"Exhibit A", of which is
made a part hereof and attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon,
on the 23
day of Marcq J96~, by the fol lowing vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Ellinwood, Hoffmire, Hannahs, Strawbridge, Souza
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT :Counc i lmen: None
