of which a true copy is attached hereto and made a part hereof has
been submi tted to the City COtrrlC il for approva.l; and
t^.lHEHEAS, The Administra.tor of the Department of Lands and Improvements
and the City Engineer have certified that said map complies vith the
requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and of Ordinance No.8
of the City of Tiburon;
NOvJ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That said map be accepted and approved for recording; and,
BE IT FURTHEH RESQVED, that the offer of dedication of the
street, Hilary Drive, as described in a deed of ~hich a true
copy is attached hereto and made a part hereof be accepted.
