RESOLUTION NO. 63
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON CLARIFYING
TERMS OF OFF I CE OF ~4D:1BERS OF THE CITY PLANN I NG cOr'1~fll SS ION
WHEREAS it is possible that terms of office of Commissioners serving on the
Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon might regularly expir8, or be
construed as so doing, before the Mayor could appoint and the City Counci I
confirm a successor;
AND WHEREAS it is the intent of the City Counci I that continuity of service
shal I be maintained so that the Commission may at al I times function without
impairment;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That Commissioners whose terms of office regularly expire as provided in
said Resolution No.6 shal I continue to serve beyond the expiration date
so fixed; unti I the Mayor shal I have appointed, and the City Counci I shal I
have confirmed, a successor to said Commissioner,
