RESOLUT I ON NO. 91-
WHEREAS, A Final Map of a division of Lot 5 Block B
Map of Hi I I Haven in the name of Robert B. Cahan of
which a +rue copy IS attached hereto and made a part
hereof has been submitted to the City Counci I for
approva I; and
WHEREAS, the Administrator of the Department of Lands
and Improvements and the City Engineer have certified
that said map compi ies with the requirements of Ordinance 8
of the City of Tiburon.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That said map be accepted and approved for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reGular meeting of the City
Counci I of the Ci+y of Tib~ron, or. the 14thday of June
by the fol lowing vote:
