RESOLUTION NO.
71
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS there is presently avai lable in the State Purpose Fund of the City
of Tiburon certain funds apportioned to said City by the Controller of the
State of Cal ifornia from Motor Vehicle License Fees;
AND WHEREAS said City, may expend said funds for certain purposes as set
forth in Section' 1005 of the Revenue and Taxation Code;
AND WHEREAS said City has made such exponditures from its General Fund, al I
of which are for state purposes, to wit:
Regulation and Control of Highway Traffic
$18,732
$ 2,191
Highway Engineering:
Enforcement of local and state housing and
bui Iding codes for health and safety
$ 4,534
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the sum of $25,457 be and it is hereby transferred from the State Purpose
Fund to the General Fund as compensation for the aforesaid expenditures thereto-
for made.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Counci I of the City of Tiburon
on the 28th day of~, 1965, by the fol lowing vote:
