RESOLUTION NO. 72
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS there is avai lable in the Gas Tax Fund of the City of Tiburon certain
funds apportioned to said City by the Division of Highways of the State of
Cal ifornia pursuant to the provisions of Section 2107 of the Streets and
Highways Code and in accordance with the terms of the 1964-65 budget agreement
for maintenance of city streets;
AND WHEREAS said City has expended from its General Fund certain sums of
monies for the maintenance of said streets equal to or exceeding the sums
provided in the aforesaid budget, to wit, $12,786.00 dol tars;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the sum of $12,786.00 be and it is hereby transferred from the Gas Tax Fund
to the General Fund as compensation for said expenditures heretofor made for the
purposes of road maintenance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Counci I of the City of Tiburon
on the 28thday of June , 1965, by the fol lowing vote:
