RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF T I BURON APPROV I ~!G i\GREH,lENT FOR
MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGH~~Y IN THE CITY
OF TIBURON
WHEREAS, the State of Cal ifornla, through its Deportment of Publ ic \~orks, Division
of Highways, has prosented an Agreement for Maintenoncc of the State Highway in the
City of Tiburon effective as of July I, 1965 and to remain in effect until amended
or terminated.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard road said Agreement in ful I and is familiar with
the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be It resolved by tho City Council of the City of Tiburon that said
Agreement for ~1aintenance of the State highway In the City (s hereby approved and
the r'1ayor and the City C I ark are directed to sign the same on beha I f of sa ide i ty.
