RESOLUTION NO. 81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON FIXING THE
RATE OF TAXES ON SECURED AND UNSECURED PERSONAL
PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1965-1966
WHEREASj the City Counci I of the City of Tiburon did on July 26, 1965,
adopt a municipal budget providing for revenues to be raised for the
fiscal year, in part from a tax upon secured and unsecured propertYj
AND WHEREAS, on August 23, 1965, said City Counci I did amend said budget
by providing for additional revenues to be raised, by adoption of a
report of the City Manager dated August 18, 1965;
AND WEREAS, said budget, as amended, requires that the sum of $27,667
be raised from said tax upon property, and it appears that a tax of
.195 cents per each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation
wi I I produce the sum required;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the tax rate for the fiscal year 1965-1966 upon secured and unsecured
property within the City of Tiburon should be and is hereby fixed at .195
cents upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of said
property as heretof~r assessed and equal ized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Counci I of the City of Tiburon
on the 31st day of August, 1965, by the fol lowing vote:
