RESOLUTION NO. 94
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON CHANGING THE NAME OF MATSCHEK DRIVE
AND PORTION OF VISTAZO EAST STREET TO
SPANISH TRAIL ROAD
WHEREAS the City of Tiburon has been petitioned by residents of Matschek
Drive and portion of Vistazo East Street to change the name of said street
to Spanish Trail Road in order to eliminate confusion and ambiguity with
respect to addresses and locations;
AND WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon has considered
such petitions;
AND WHEREAS no protests have been filed or heard against the proposed change;
AND WHEREAS this City Council did on January 13, 1966, approve and confirm
the action of said Planning Commission in recommending the aforesaid change;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the street named Matschek Drive from its
westerly commencement at Centro East Street to the intersection with Vistazo
East Street and thereafter known as Vistazo East Street from said intersec-
tion easterly to the city limits be and it is hereby renamed to Spanish Trail
Road.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon
on the 24th day of January
, 1966, by the following vote:
