RESOLUTION ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING INTERSECTIONS AT mUCH VEHICLES SHALL STOP
AND DIRECTING THE INSTALLATION OF STOP SIGNS TO SO DESIG-
NATE THE INTERSECTIONS
t'ffiEREAS the office in charge of police services has recommended the follow-
ing traffic regulations;
AND liBEREAS the property owner in the instance of the Boardwalk Shopping
Center has signified his consent to these actions as required by law;
NOtol THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLm-lS.:
THAT the intersection of the private road opposite Beach Road at Tiburon
Boulevard be designated an intersection at which all vehicles entering Tib-
uron Boulevard from said private road shall be required to come to a full
stop before proceeding;
THAT the exits from the parking lot of the Boardwalk Shopping Center onto
Beach Road and onto Tiburon Boulevard be designated as intersections at
which all vehicles entering said public thoroughfares from said exits shall
be required to come to a full stop before proceeding;
AND THAT the Superintendent of Construction and Maintenance is hereby ordered
and instructed to cause to be erected such signs and other devices as are
proper and required to give notice of the aforesaid requirements for full
stops.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon
on the 28th day of February
, 1966, by the following vote:
