CITY OF TIBURON
RESOLUTION NO. ~t3
WHEREAS: A F i na I Map of HILARY HEIGHTS
has been submitted to the City
Council for approval and;
WHEREAS, the Administrator of the Department of Lands and Improvements and the
City Engineer have certified that said map complies with the requirements of the
State Subdivision Map Act and of Ordinance No. ~of the City ot Tiburon;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the map of
HILAnY HEIGHTS
be accepted and
approved for recording; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the offer of dedication of the tol lowing named
streets within said subdivision is hereby accepted:

and that the offer of dedication of ALL EASEMENTS
is hereby rejected,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk of the Tiburon City Counci I shal I
sign said map on behalf of the City of Tiburon; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Manager are authorized to execute
a "Subdivision Improvement Agreementi' a true copy, marked1'Exhibit A", of which is
made a part hereof and attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Counci I of the City of Tiburon,
on the
