RESOLUTION NO. 99
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON ACCEPTING RELINQUISHMENT OF PRO-
PERTY FORMERLY COMPRISING A STATE HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, the State of california by Relinquishment No. 31418,
Drawings No. M903.l and M903.2, dated January, 1966, has heretofore
indicated iUs intention to relinquish to the City of Tiburon that
portion of the frontage road along Old Tiburon Boulevard, now Green-
wood Cove Road, which said property is more particularly described
in Exhibit "Aft, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clouncil of the
City of Tiburon hereby accepts said relinquishment;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all City departments are authorized
and directed to take such action as is necessary to effectuate this
resolution;
BE IT FURTHER R.2:S0LVED that three certified copies of this re-
solution be forwarded by the City Clerk to the Division of Highways,
Division IV, that one certified copy remain on file in the office
of the City Clerk, and that one certified copy be iecorded in the
office of the County Recorder, County of Marin.
PASSED I\ND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on the 14th day of March , 1966, by
the following vote:
