HESOLUT ION NO. ~
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT OF LAND TO THE
CITY OF TIBURON
\VHEREAS the Council of the City of Tiburon did, on 14 February 1966, accept
the offer of Mary Burrell Hanks to deed to the City a strip of land des-
cribed as follows:
Pedestrians lanes 10 feet in width as shown on the Map
entitled, "Map of the Reedlands, Unit 3, in the County
of Marin, California", filed for record September 4,
1958 in Book 10 of Maps, at page 4, Marin County Records,
lying between Lots 87 and 90 and between Lots 88 and 89,
map above mentioned.
AND WHEREAS the City Council in accepting the offer authorized the City
Manager to secure a grant deed;
AND WHEP~AS the Grant Deed has been presented to the City;
NOH THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON:
THAT said Grant Deed is hereby accepted;
THAT the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record ~~ith the County Recorder
a certified copy of this Resolution;
AND THAT the City Clerk cause said property to be removed from the tax rolls
of the County of Marin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon
on the 14th day of March
, 1966, by the following vote:
