RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON EXPRESSING INTENT TO NAME PRIVATE
RIGHT OF WAY IF ACCEPTED INTO THE CITY STREET
SYSTEM

WHEREAS that certain private right of way extending from Hacienda Drive shown
on Assessor's Parcel No. 39-070-08, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof marked Exhibit A, is presently without a sanctioned name, and
WHEREAS a sanctioned name is necessary in order that the residents thereof may
enjoy the benefits of postal delivery service and other conveniences arising
from a precise address,
NOW THERE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the City Council expresses its intent to name that right of way shown on
Exhibit A as Noche Vista Street should said right of way ever be dedicated to
and accepted by the City of Tiburon as a public street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon
