AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TIBURON LIMITING THE TIME OF PARKING ON CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF TIBURON BLVD'I AND REPEALING SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13 ANC
14 IN CONFLICTTHEREWITH
The City Counci I of the City of Tiburon does ordain as fol lows:
Section I. Section 8,cI2, of Ordinance No. 13 is hereby amended to read as tol lows~
"Section 8,c,21: the southwesterly side of Tiburon Boulevard,
between Main Street and Beach Road, excepting therefrom that
portion lying between the northwesterly I ine of Juanita Lane
at the intersection with the southwesterly I ine of Tiburon
Boulevardl and a point 150 feet northwest of said intersection.n
Section 2. Section 4 of Ordinance No~ 14, is hereby replealed.
Section 3. Parking Regulations The parking of vehicles upon the fol lowing public
highways or roadsl or portions thereof, during the hours between 8:00 o'clock A.M.
and 6:00 P.M. shal I be I imited to the periods hereinafter specified, and parking
/ in excess of said periods is prohibited;
a. Thirty Minutes
I. The Southerly side of the extension of Main Street, Tiburon,
and extending along the property as described in Volume 1082
at page 272 and Volume I I 19 at page 377, Marin County
Official Records, a distance of 123 feet easterly from the
easterly end of said Main Street, Tiburon, being that portion
lying within the intersection of Tiburon Boulevard and Main
Street.
2. The easterly 96 feet of the southerly side of Main Street,
Tiburon, being that section between 380 feet and 476 feet
northeasterly from the angle point opposite the most
southerly corner of Lot 2, Tiburon Subdivision.
3. The southwesterly side of Tiburon Boulevard for cydistance
of 150 feet more or less northwesterly of the intersection
of southwes*erly I ine of Tiburon Boulevard an~ the north-
westerly I ine of Juanita Lane.
Section 4. Where parking is restricted and I imited by this ordinance, it is done
pursuant to Section 22506 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and
it is hereby directed that the necessary parking signs be erected as required.
Section 5. Violations: Penalty Anyone who violates any of the provisions of
this ordinance is punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dol lars ($IOO~OO)
or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding 10 days, or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
