RESOLUTION NO. 1064
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN MANAGER
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, 1979-80
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article II, Section 2-7 of the Minicipal
Code requires that the salary of the Town Manager be fixed by
resolution of the Town Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon does fix the annual salary of the
Town Manager for fiscal year 1979-80 atS33.600.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on Sept~ 24 , 1979,
by the following vote:
