RESOLUTION NO 1050
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON FIXING THE SALARY OF
THE TOWN MANAGER
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article II, Section 2-7 of the
Municipal Code requires that the salary of the Town
Manager be fixed by Resolution of the Town Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the annual
salary of the Town Manager shall be $29,803
effective March 1, 1979
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Tiburon on June 6 ,1979
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bass, Bergsund, Rockey, Hanson, Edelstein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
