A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON ACCEPTING GRANT DEED FROM REED
UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, REED UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT has tendered
a grant deed to the City of Tiburon of the real property
described in the copy of the Grant Deed attached hereto
as Exhibit "A";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said tender
is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to
record said Deed, together with a certified copy of this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on March 21, 1979, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Bergsund, Bass, Rockey, Edelstein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: none
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Hanson
