A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING OFFER OF EASEMENT FROM THE
BELVEDERE TENNIS CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Tiburon hereby accepts
the offer of dedication of the easement more particularly des-
cribed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on January 17, 1979, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL!1EN: Bergsund, Bass, Rockey, Edelstein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Hanson
