A RESOLUTION OF 'l'BE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON CREATING A "NO PABKING" AREA ON A
PORTION OF HARBOR OM{ DB.lVE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of tbe City of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. tb larkinsz: Area
1he following portion of Harbor Oak Drive is hereby defined and estab-
lisbed 8S a No Iarldng area and shall be governed by the provisions of Section
10 of Ordinance No.5: both sides of Harbor <8k Drive beginning at No. 40 and
proceeding northerly, westerly and southerly 165 feet more or less to No. 45.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of T1buron held on
April 26.

COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Sennett, Rice
