RESOLUTION NO. 358
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING VIA SAN FERNANDO
AND CORTE SAN FERNANDO AT THEIR INTERSECTION WITH
Bu\CKFIELD DRIVE AS STOP STREETS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. The following portion of Corte San Fernando and Via San
Fernando are hereby defined as a stop intersection and shall be governed by
the provisions of Section 7.l(a) and 7.l(b) of Ordinance No. 55:
The northbound lane of Corte San Fernando so as to stop
northbound traffic at the intersection with Blackfield
Drive.
The southbound lane of Via San Fernando at its intersection
with Blackfield Drive so as to stop southbound traffic.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on
April 26, 1
