A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'lHE
CITY OF TIBURON AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXE-
CUTE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH TIBBLB
D~l}ELOPMENT. INC.
WHEREAS, the Planning Director has administratively approved a minor
subdivision by TibbIe Ievelopment, Inc., known as lANDS OF WOODWARD; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has required the construction of driveway
and drainage improvements to the benefit of the subdivided lands; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider wishes to record the parcel map prior to the
construction of the required improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of
Tiburon authorizes the Mayor to enter into an improvement agreement with the
subdivider to assure the construction of the required improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on April 26, , 1971, by the fono,~ing vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Sennett, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Non e
