RESOLUTION NO. 354
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
OF VISTAZO TOWNE HOUSES - A CONDOMINIUM,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO SIGN SAID MAP.
WHEREAS, a final map of VISTAZO TOWNE HOUSES - A
CONDOMINIUM,has teen submitted'to the City Council for approval.
and
WHEREAS. the City Planning Commission has approved said
map as being in compliance with the conditions of the tentative
map, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer finds that the map meets all the
requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and the City Subdivi-
sion Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the map of Vistazo
Towne Houses - A Condominium be accepted and approved for recording
and that the City Engineer shall require the applicant to post
a faithful performance bond insuring the City that the "Preliminary
Planting Plan" be Jon Reed dated February 11, 1963, will be completed
within 150 days of the recordation of the final map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of
Tiburon shall sign said map on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on April 20, 1971, by the follow-
ing vote:
