RESOLUTION NO. 353
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON APPROVING THE TENTATIVE
MAP OF VISTAZO TOWNE HOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM
WHEREAS, a tentative map of VISTAZO TOWNE HOUSES - A
CONDOMINIUM has been submitted to the City Council for approval,
and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has approved said map,
and
WHEREAS, said map meets the requirements of applicable law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the tentative map of
Vistazo Towne Houses - A Condominium be accepted and approved;
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on April 20, 1971, by the following
vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Sennett
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Fanning, Rice
