A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING A DEED OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM THE ~"C
COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF l'i!\RIN. STATE OF CALIFORNIA
~~REAS, the Tax Collector of the County of ~hrin, State of California,
has tendered to the City of Tiburon upon sale in accordance with Chapter 8 of
the Revenue and 1a~~tion Code an executed and acknowledged deed dated February
17, 1971, conveying certain real property to the City of Tiburon, more par-
ticularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part thereof;
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby accept said deed, and that the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to record with the }arin County Recorder a certified copy of this resolution and
said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on Hnch 8, 1971, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Ellinwood, Fanning, Rice, Sennett
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Becker
