A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY
OF TIBURON CREATING A "NO PARKING" AREA ON
THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF BEACH ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as
follows:
Section I. No Parking Area
The following portion of Beach Road is hereby defined and established
as a NO Parking area and shall be governed by the provisions of Section
10 of Ordinance No.5: the east side of Beach Road between Tiburon Boule-
vard and Juanita Lane and the west side of Beach Road from Tiburon Boule-
vard southerly fifty (50) feet.
