A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON ADOPTING A PD
PRECISE PLAN FOR LOUNGE ADDITIONS
TO TIBURON LODGE
WHEREAS: Lee Karney, architect and agent for Fred Zelinski, has
filed an amendment to a PD Precise Plan for the addition of manager's
quarters to the Tiburon Lodge, said amendment proposing the substitution
of a lounge/lobby addition, and
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission has held a public hearing on
said amendment and has recommended adoption thereof without necessity
to increase the parking allocation for the Tiburon Lodge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: This Council does hereby
recommend adoption of the PD Precise Plan amendment according to draw-
ings by Lee Karney, Architect, sheet Nos I and 2, dated revised
December 28, 1970.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: This Council does hereby recommend that
no additional parking spaces be required for said lounge/lobby
addition. Any existing lighting for which there are no existing valid
lighting permits shall be approved by the Board of Design Review prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of the Tiburon
City Council on February 9, 1971, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
