RESOLUTION NO.~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ADOPTING A PD PRECISE PIAN FOR ADDITIONS
TO THE TIBURON LODGE "BOTTLE SHOP" AT 1647
TIBURON BOULEVARD
WHEREAS: Armstrong & 0' Brien, architects and agents for Fred Zelinsky,
have filed an application for a PO Precise Plan approval for office space addi-
tions to the structure at 1647 Tiburon Boulevard, and
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission and City Council of the City of Tiburon
have held public hearings on the matter, and
WHEREAS: The applicant has requested dual use of parking spaces according
to provisions in the parking ordinance, and
WHEREAS: the use proposed by the applicant, to wit, office spaces, lends
itself to dual use of 11 parking spaces heretofore allocated to the Windjammer
Restaurant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: This Council does hereby find that the
Precise Plan substantially conforms to the previously adopted Master Plan and
does adopt said Precise Plan according to the following exhibits and conditions:
Exhibits
Precise Plan by John O'Brien and John Armstrong, A.LA., dated received
February 3, 1971, consisting of Floor Plan, Site Plan, Elevations, and
Perspective on 3 sheets.
Condi tions
1. Parking spaces for II automobiles shall be allocated in Earking
Lot "BIl as dual use with 11 spaces of the Windjammer Restaurant.
2. Final design plans, including landscaping plan, lighting plan,
color scheme, and signing, including any existing signs for which
there are no existing valid sign permits, shall be approved by
the Board of Design Revie~ prior to the issuance of a building
permit.

on February 9, 1971, by the following vote:
