RESOLUTION NO. 21JL
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING A CITY REPRESENTATIVE FOR PURPOSES OF OBTAINING
FEDERAL AID UNDER PUBLIC LAW 81-875 AND 91-79.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon:
THAT Robert IUeinert, Acting City Manager, be and he is hereby
authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of Tiburon, a public
entity established under the laws of the State of California, such docu-
ments as may be required for the purpose of obtaining supplemental
Federal financial assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (FUblic
Law 81-875 and 91-79).
