RESOLUTION NO. 336
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROWN/HELDT ASSOCIATES
AND THE CITY OF TIBURON IN CONNECTION
WITH THE EL MARINERO ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 1967-1, CITY OF TIBURON, MARIN COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon, Marin
County, California, that the Mayor of the City of Tiburon be
authorized to sign, and the City Clerk be authorized to attest, that
certain agreement between the City of Tiburon and Brown/Heldt Associates,
which said agreement is attached hereto.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tiburon City Council
held on January 11, 1971, by the following vote:
