RESOLUTION NO. '33
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING A DEED OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FROM THE NORTHWESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Northwestern Pacific Railroad Company has
tendered to the City of Tiburon an executed and acknowledged
deed dated December 23, 1970, quitclaiming certain real property
to the City of Tiburon, more particularly described in Exhibit
A, attached hereto and made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Tiburon that said deed is hereby accepted, and that
the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record with the Marin
County Recorder a certified copy of this resolution and said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on January 11, 1971, by the following
vote:
