RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TIBURON CHANGING CERT..~IN STREET NAMES.
}lliEREAS: James Derryberry, subdivider of ~Eadowhill Subdivision,
has requested the City of Tiburon to change street names in accordance with
the Tentative Subdivision Map of ~eadowhill Subdivision, and
WHEREA: No structures have been construected on, and no addresses
have been assigned to, properties affected by said change in names;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby change certain street names connected with El Marinero
Subdivision, Unit 1, and the proposed Meado't'lhill Subdivision as follo't'7s:
Phyllis Court becomes a continuation of Phyllis Drive;
Phyllis Drive, from its present intersection with
Phyllis Court, becomes l~adowhi11 Drive, to the
end of the cul-de-sac in the I:-sadouhill Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: All costs involved 't1ith such changes in
street naming and signing shall be borne by the subdivider of Meadowhill
Subdivision.
