RESOLUTION NO. 329
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Tiburon,
that the Mayor of the City of Tiburon be authorized to sign, and
the Acting City Clerk be authorized to attest, those certain
escrow instructions attached hereto, and that the Mayor be authorized
to sign the promissory note and any and all other documents neces-
sary to consummate the transaction authorized by said instructions.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Tiburon,
Marin County, California, at a special meeting thereof, held on
the 22nd day of December, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
