WHEREAS, it is estimated that tbe cost of acquiring said
interest will be as set forth in Exhibit OS 123 of the application
standards imposed under Title VII of the Housing Act of 1961, as
amended.
PASSED AND ADOPl'ED at a regular meeting of the City Counc 11
of the City of Tiburon held on December 17, 1970, by the following
