RESOLUTION NO. 321
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ACTING
CITH MANAGER AND AN ACTING CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, LAWRENCE D. ROSE has resigned as City Manager and
City Clerk of the City of Tiburon effective December 1, 1970; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that interim appointments to the
two positions of City Manager and City Clerk be made so as to
provide for continued orderly operation of the affairs of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That ROBERT KLEINERT, Assistant City Manager, be appointed
Acting City Manager and be assigned the additional duties and respon-
sibilities of the City Manager effective December 1, 1970, as set
forth in the City Code, and that during such time as he hold office
of City Manager he be paid a salary of $ 250.00 per month in addition
to his regular compensation as set forth in the annual salary program
for Acting City Manager; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That LOUISE MIRATA, Assistant City Clerk, be appointed
Acting City Clerk and be assigned the additional duties and respon-
sibilities of the City Clerk effective December 1, 1970, as set forth
in the City Code, and that during such time as she holds the office
of City Clerk she be paid a salary of $ 50.00 per month in addition
to her regular compensation as set forth in the annual salary
program for Acting City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at an a9journed meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on November 30, 1970 by the
following vote:
