RESOLUTION NO. 317
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED OF EASEMENT - LOT 8 - PORTO
MARINO ESTATES.
WHEREAS: MR. WILLI BUESCH of DEAK AND COMPANY
has submitted a tentative map for the re-subdivision of Lots 6,7,
and 11 and a portion of Lot 5, Porto Marino Estates and a portion
of Lot 18, Del Miramar; and
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission of the City of
Tiburon has approved the tentative map for the subdivision subject
to the subdivider granting an easement for pathway purposes over
Lot 8 of Porto Marino Estates; and
WHEREAS: The subdivider has executed a grant deed
of easement for the pedestrian easement over Lot 8 of Porto Marino
Estates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT said grant deed
of pedestrian easement is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Engineer of
the City of Tiburon is hereby instructed to record with the County
Recorder the grant deed of pedestrian easement and a certified copy
of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Tiburon City Council on November 9
