RESOLUTION NO. 313
RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES IN THE WORK AND N1ENDING
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 180 IN CONNECTION WITH
EL ~ffiRINERO ASSESSViliNT DISTRICT NO. 1967-1, CITY OF
TIBURON, l-1ARIN COUNTY I CALIFORNIA
BE IT HESOLVED by the Ci,ty Counci 1 of the City of Tiburon,
Marin County, California, that Resolution of Intention No. 180 for
El Marinero Assessment District No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, Marin
County, California, adopted by this City Council on December 11, 1967,
is hereby amended by adding to the general description of work the
following language:
liThe installation of lana.scaping within public property
and rights-of-way.1I
Pursuant to said amendment of Resolution of Intention
No. 180, the city Council of the City of Tiburon hereby orders a
change in the work to be done in said assessment district by the
addition of landscaping within the boundaries of said assessment dis-
trict. The City Council of the City of Tiburon hereby finds that the
addition of landscaping to said improvements will not increase any
assessment heretofore levied in said assessment district. Pursuant
to Section 10352 of the Streets and Highways Code said change is
ordered without notice and hearing.
Brown/Heldt Associates, G05 Washington, San Francisco,
California, is hereby employed for the purpose of preparing plans
and specifications for landscaping improvements in El Marinero
Assessment District No.1967-l, under an appropriate contract to be
entered into with said firm. Brown/Heldt is hereby directed to pre-
pare plans ~nd specifications for said landscaping improvements to be
submitted to this City Council for approva1.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the,City council of the city of Tiburon,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 28th day of September, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
