RESOLUTION NO. 309
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ADOPTING A PD PRECISE PLAN FOR THE ADDI-
TION OF MANAGER'S QUARTERS TO TIBURON LODGE.
WHEREAS, application for Precise Plan approval for a
Manager's Unit addition has been made by Lee Karney, architect and
agent for Fred Zelinsky; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council of the
City of Tiburon have reviewed said Precise Plan at public bearings
and have determined that it qualifies as a minor addition to a
Master Plan approved on July 26, 1965;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of the City of Tiburon adopt the
PD Precise Plan for a Manager's Unit addition to the Tiburon Lodge
as submitted by Lee Karney, Architect, on May 14, 1970, subject to
the following condition:
1. Parking spaces for two automobiles shall be
allocated prior to the issuance of a building
permit and installed as approved prior to
occupancy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tiburon
City Council on August 10 ,1970, by the following vote;
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Fanning, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Sennett
