RESOLUTION NO. 307
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 1970-1971.
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article II of the Municipal Code
requires that the salary of the City Manager be fixed by resolution
of the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the monthly salary of the City Manager for the fiscal
year shall be $1,550.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular nccting
of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on July 27, 1970, by the
fol1owinti vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Fanning, Sennett, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
