RESOLUTION NO. 306
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SALARY PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF TIBURON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1970-1971
WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, Section 3-3 of the City Code requires that an
Annual Salary Program be adopted for each fiscal year as a part
of the Personnel Syste~ of the City of Tiburon;
NOW, THERE?ORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the Annual Salary Program for the fiscal year 1970-71
shall be those schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Council of the City of Tiburon held on July 27, 1970, by the

OVERTIME WORKED BY REGULAR AND PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEES OCCUPYING
AUTHORIZED POSITIONS of the Master Salary Plan are applied to
overtime compensation for the current fiscal year.
2. To implement Section 3(a) of said Schedule (additional salary
payments in lieu of compensating time off), the following

SCHEDULE OF PERSONNEL BENEFITS FOR
CURRENT (1970-71) FISCAL YEAR
Those personnel benefits derived from the Master Benefit Plan
which shall be applied during the current fiscal year are:

Application and participation shall be in accordance with the
contracts and agreements in force with respect to each benefit
and the Personnel Regulations of the City.

SCHEDULE OF EDUCATIONAL SUBSIDIES FOR
THE 1970-71 FISCAL YEAR
The sum of $500 is provided for educational subsidies in
accordance with the conditions set forth in Schedule J
of the Master Salary ?lan.

SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEE DENTAL PLAN
At any time that the City Council budgets the appropriate funds,
the City Manager may negotiate for and enter into a contract
which will provide a Dental Care Plan for all regular employees
in authorized positions.
With the further authorization of the City Council, the plan may
from time to time be amended so as to provide for participation
by members of the family of the employee at the partial or total
expense of the City; provided that at all times the plan is in
effect, members of the family of the employee may be enrolled by
him entirely at his own expense in accordance with the terms of
the plan.
