RESOLUTION NO. 305
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON AMENDING EXHIBIT !JA", THE BASIC SALARY
UNIT SCHEDULE, AND ADDING SCHEDULE "K", THE SCHEDULE
FOR EMPLOYEE DENTAL PLAN, OF THE MASTER SALARY PLAN,
RESOLUTION NO. 157.
WHEREAS, the City Council on 13 July, 1970. did order
Exhibit "A", the Basic Salary Unit Schedule amended by the addition
of one new range, and added Schedule "K", the Schedule for Employee
Dental Plan, of the Master Salary Plan of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT said Exhibit "A", the Basic Salary Unit Schedule of
the Master Salary Plan, Resolution No. 157, be amended so as to
eliminate the scales set out presently for Ranges 1 and 2, and to
reposition the remaining scales for Ranges 3 through 35 so that
they will then become applicable to Ranges 1 through 33. the values
of each being those set forth on the attached amended Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof;
AND FURTHER, that a new range, Number 36, be added. having
values 2.5% greater than Range 35;
AND FURTHER that Schedule "K", the Schedule for Employee
Dental Plan, be added to the Master Salary Plan.

meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on July 27, 1970, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Fanning, Sennett, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
