A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON CREA TING A ''NO PARKINGlI AREA ON mE NORTH..
WESTERLY SIDE OF M\RK TERRACE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. No 11:lrkin2 Area.
The following portion of Mark Terrace is hereby defined and established
as a No Earking area and shall be governed by the provisions of Section 10 of
Ordinance No.5; the northwesterly side of Mark Ierrace from its intersection
with Ge1dert Drive to the beginning of the cul-de-sac at the most westerly end
of M:l rk Terrace.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on
June 22
, 1970, by the following vote:
A YES:
COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Sennett, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Non e
