RESOLUTION DETERMINING PREVAILING WAGE
RATES HITHIN THE CITY OF TIBURON.
WHEREAS: It is a requirement of Section 1773 of the State of
California Labor Code that the governing body of each jurisdiction awarding a
contract for public works must specify prevailing wage rates, and
WHEREAS: The City Engineer has determined the prevailing wage rates
as specified by the Division of labor, Statistics and Research of the State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City
of Tiburon determines that the prevailing wage rates in the City of Tiburon are
those set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
May 11
, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILHEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Fanning, Sennett, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Non e

NOTICE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of
Labor Code Section 1773, the City of Tiburon has ascertained the
prevailing rate of wages to be as indicated herein.
WAGE RATES
For Labor Classifications not listed herein or for overtime
wages and premium pay, refer to the current copy of Building Trades
Wage Rates published by the State of California, Department of Industrial
Relations, Division of Labor Statistics and Research. A copy of this
publication is on file at the City Hall.
