RESOLUTION NO. 287
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREATING A "NO PARKING" AREA ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF
HILARY DRIVE BEGINNING TWENTY FEET SOUTHERLY OF THE
DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE TO 401 HILARY DRIVE AND RUNNING TO
THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE TO 394 HILARY DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon
as follows:
Section 1. No Parking Area.
The following portion of Hilary Drive is hereby defined and
established as a "No Parking" area and shall be governed by the
provisions of Section 10 of Ordinance No.5:
The westerly side of Hilary Drive beginning twenty
feet southerly of the driveway entrance to 401 Hilary
Drive and running to the driveway entrance to 394 Hilary
Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on
April 27
, 1970, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Becker, Ellinwood, Fanning, Sennett, Rice
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
