RESOLUTION NO. 286
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PD PRECISE PLAN
FOR ADDITIONS TO 38 MA.IN STREET.
WHEREAS: Application for Precise Plan approval for additions to
Kappie's Restaurant at 38 Main Street was made on December 12, 1969, and amended
on March ll, 1970, and,
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission has reviewed said application, deter-
mined its compliance with the adopted Master Plan, and recommended approval of said
application at a public hearing, and,
WHEREAS: This City Council has held a public hearing and has heard all
arguments made both for and against said proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: This City Council finds that the pro-
posal is in substantial conformance with the adopted Master Plan and hereby adopts
the Precise Plan as submitted subject to the following conditions:
1. Four parking spaces shall be required and shall be allocated in
Lot I~" prior to occupancy.
2. A sign permit should be applied for, showing all proposed signs
to be permitted, and approved prior to the issuance of a building
permi t.
3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the existing building
shall be inspected by the Fire Protection District, the County
Health Department, and the Building Inspector) with necessary
corrections made as part of the permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on
April 27
, 1970, by the following vote:
