A RESOLUTION CONSOLIMTING VOTING PRECINCTS, APPOINTING
ELECTION OFFICERS, FIXING POUING PlACES AND ESU\BLISHING
COMPENSA nON FOR ELECTION OFFICERS.
WHEREAS a general municipal election in the City of Tiburon has been called fo~
April 11, 1972 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36503 et seq of tbe
Election Code of the State of California;
AND WHEREAS Section 1618 and Section 22805 of the Election Code of the State of
California require that the City Council appoint election officers, establish
polling places and do certain other things appropriate to the conduct of the afore.
said municipal election;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
For the general municipal election to be held in the City of Tiburon on Tuesday.
11 April, 1972, there shall be four voting precincts consisting of consolidations
of the regular election precincts in the City of Tiburon established for tbe holding
of State and County elections;
That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter
designa ted ;
And that the persons hereinafter named are hereby appointed officers of election for
their respective voting precincts;
