RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRhCT, EL ~ffiRINERO
ASSESSNENT DISTRICT NO. 1967-1, CITY OF TIBURON,
HARIN COUNTY, CALIFORJ"HA
WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted on the 27th day of
Decenilier, 1971, it was directed that bids be called for a portion
of the improvement work to be done in El Marinero Assessment District
No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, Marin County, California, and that ~~e
time fixed ror receiving sealed bids or proposals was the 19th day
of January, 1972, at the hour of 2:00 olclock P.M. of said day;
and
WHEREAS, Notice Inviting Sealed Bids was duly published
in the time and manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, all bids having been publicly opened, examined
and declared pertaining to doing a portion of the work and improve-
ments described in the Resolution of Intention, as amended, which
Resolution of Intention, as amended, is hereby expressly referred
to for a description of said improvements, and for all other parti-
culars relative to the proceedings under said Resolution of Inten-
tion, as amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of t~e City of Tiburon, Marin
County, California, on the 27t1 day of Decembert 1971, ordered
the work and improvements to be made in said assessment district;
Nmv t THEP.EFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Ci ty Council
of the City of Tiburon, Marin County, Californiat hereby rejects
all of said proposals or bidst except that herein mentioned, and
hereby awards the contract for said imprcvernent5 to the lowest
responsible bidder, to wit: VALLEY CFEST LANDSCAPING, INCOP~OR~TED,
at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Tiburon, and

IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED that the City Clerk of the City
of Tiburo~ publish a Notice of Award of Contract.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Ci t~/ Council of thE. Ci ty of Tiburon,
Marin County, California, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof,
held on the 31st day of January, 1972, by the following vote, to
wit:
