A RESOLunON ADOPTING A R2-C ZONE !ASTER AND PRECISE
PIAN FOR GOLDEN VIEW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, William B. McDevitt Co., Builder, Engineering, Contrac.tors,
has submitted a Master and Precise Plan for lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 of Golden
View Heights Subdivision.
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission of the City of Tiburon has held a
public. hearing to consider all arguments made both for and against said pro-
posal, and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'l'bat the City Council of the City of
Tiburon does hereby adopt the proposed Master and Precise Plan as drafted by
Walter A. Hansen, and identified as Exhibit I~" of December 6, 1971, subject
to the folloWing condi tions :
1. Submission and approval by the Director of Communi ty Development
of a final landscape and site development plan indicating development and
maintenance of prj.~l-!".t:e recreation areas.
2 . Submission and approval by Board of Design Review of full
building elevations and grading plan.
3. Submission and approval by staff of a site evaluation and soils
inves tiga tion.
4. Submission and approval by staff of a development schedule.
5. Approval by the City Attorney and the City Engineer that the
applicant has satisfied all requirements and obligations pertaining to the
bulkhead across Linda Vista Avenue~from the property.

City of Tiburon held on January 10th
, 1972, by the following vote:
