412
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON EXPRESSING APPRECI-
A IION TO RAY W. FOREAKER, JR. FOR OUTSTANDING AND
DEVOTED SERVICES
WHEREAS, Ray W. Foreaker, Jr., having faithfully served as City Engineer
of the City of Tiburon from April, 1966 to October, 1971, and
WHEREAS, his valuable experience and expertise during this five and one-
half year tenure as City Engineer cont~ibuted immensely to the betterment of
the Tiburon Community during its formative years, and
WHEREAS, in the fulfillment of his engineering duties, he attained the
mutual respect of not only his fellow City staff, but likewise the City--its
officials and its citizens, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon desires to express the
sincere appreciation of the residents of the City for the outstanding manner
in which he performed his professional duties;
NOW, 1lIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby declare on
behalf of the citizens of Tiburon its deep and sincere appreciation for the
outstanding manner in which Ray W. Foreaker, Jr. discharged his responsibil-
ities and fulfilled the commitments he undertook for the City of Tiburon; and
BE IT FORmER RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Tiburon on behalf of its citizens,
extends to Ray W. Foreaker, Jr. its best wishes for success and happiness in
his new assignment.

January 10th
